You are also very considerate (e.g. you put things at a side instead of in the middle). Thanks for being such a great leader! Kudos! =)

I still rem the 1st time you were asked to be the leader. I'm glad that you willing to take up this position. Seriously, you have done a great job! Thank you! You take care of your members during the hike, esp helping Wei Lin ( the youngers & only gal in the group) Carring the food during the hike.
I can see that you are a very detailed and precise person, wants to try your best to get things done in a perfect way as possible. You also show your caring, patience to the elderly. You really have the potential to be a leader in other area of your life too. GREAT JOB! =).

+ Excellent leader. What more can i say? =) Though you did not welcome this position with open arms, you took up the challenge and showed total commitment and responsibility through out the camp. By constantly looking out for the group during the hike, by encouraging the group mates when they are down and fired and making decisions to benefit the group by sacrificy your own exam indicates how committed you are. more than that, I was very impressed by your leading the group by own examplary behaviour. you gave ideas, coustructive ideas, showed care and concern to the patients and voice out when things are unfavorable. excellent job! Do hope that you can use this potential to lead others in a purposeful manner. =) Charissa.

Wei Lin:
*Thomas is a great leader from everything of the camp i've been to. You are always
willing to help out in everything even though you are not in the mood too. Your attitude is not the same as the way people first see you from the outside. Thanks for sacrificing so much for us everytime and looking up and helping me always ;D

Hi Thomas,
I think ah, all tha good things to say about your performance and this camp, the others all have already said liaoz. So I guess it will be more helpful if i suggest dome room for improvement you can consider working on. Firstly, you have great courage and great ideas and intelligence but the ways in which you express yourself is important as well because sometimes, people may misunderstand you based on your tone, body language etc. So work on that. Secondly, while you have been a great leader, remember that future challenges you face, you may not have the same supportive team and environment, counselors, volunteers etc. You must neverthe less persevere and perform to the best of your ability in the hardest of circumstances.
